What is happiness?
Happiness is a mental emotion state of well-being ranging from contentment to joy. Happiness means a lot of different things to many people. Philosophers and religious thinkers tried to define happiness in a term of good living and not as an emotion.
Now we know that happiness is more a mix of pleasure, challenging activities, relationships and accomplishments.
How happy are you now? How happy are with your life as a whole?
It matters a great deal how much you enjoy what you have and not how much you have. Being grateful help you to be happier. Happiness comes when we stop complaining and about the problems we have and say thanks to God for the problems we don’t have.
Do you believe that happiness is a choice, that it comes from inside? And you can be as happy as you choose to be?
What can you do if you don’t have a natural sunny disposition? You can change your diet to have more calcium, iron, folate, zinc, magnesium, omega 3-fatty acids, vitamins B6 and B12. You can more fruits, nuts and veggies because they are rich in minerals and vitamins.
