A bit about karmic lessons

It is a beautiful Saturday morning!  I wanted to write to wish you to: Have a nice weekend!

But then I started to think of  my life and I want to share some stuff with you. They say when something doesn’t go well in your life in means there are your karmic lessons. There is where you have to work harder of overcoming all the challenges. Your ego will tell you, it is nothing wrong in not: getting along at work, having a beautiful and fulfilling relationship or not being more close to your kids. Don’t believe your ego! It tries to full you!

The karmic lesson in your life can be recognized by repetition. For instance: the kids who were laughing at you when you were little turn into coworkers who do the same to you now. Or you have the same problems with your children that you had with your parents.

To understand what there to learn from those repetitive scenes of life, you need to look inside yourself. You need to be more in touch with your feeling and realize what makes you over react you do. Because the lessons are the same, it means your reaction was the same every time, and you did not change anything.

First you need to change your thought by learning not to take everything so personal than you can change the rest. Then you are already on the way of change. Changing your thought about a situation, it would very soon change your word and action about it.

It might be a slow process but as long as you don’t give up, you’ll change your life: one aspect of it after another. During the process of changing your life and learning your karmic lessons don’t forget to take care of yourself!

You are the most important person for yourself! In this weekend make time for yourself, because to think at your life requires some alone time. Go to a massage, go to the gym, go for a walk in the park, do something you love, but alone.

Never forget:  You are the most important person for yourself!

I wish you all the best until my next post!
