Before you get up and start your day, take a few moments for yourself, every day. Focus on the present moment and do not start planning in your head what you want to do that day.
Feel the warmth of your bed, look around your room and see what do you like there. Enjoy those minutes you take for yourself. Then think of someone that you love. Feel how it is to be with that person and enjoy that feeling. Think of something you enjoy doing. Think that you do that right now. Feel the joy of doing your hobby. Then be grateful for those feeling, for your life. Recognize the work that you made and all the changes you did to come this far and feel love for yourself.
With a small routine like that, which take no more than 5 minutes, we can all start our days with positive energy. Have a wonderful day, every day!
