Hello, my darling readers,
Do you meditate daily?
I don’t mean something big like an hour guided meditation, but to stay 5 minute relaxed with your eyes closed and just don’t think of anything, try to be in peace.
The definition of meditation is to stay still long enough so you can hear the Universe talking with you. While praying is to talk to the Universe. I can say that I talk a lot, so I am more good at praying than to meditation.

I remember when I first tried to meditate it was so hard for me. A lot of thoughts came in my mind, they were unsolved problems and blocked emotions. I had pains all over my body while I was trying to stay still and make peace in my mind. But I was in a spiritual place at that first time and meditation was mandatory for 6 hours a day. I stayed there for 3 weeks so I did got to see what was this spiritual practice. And it help that I was surrounded by other people that were meditating and because of them I could meditate more easily. Even after meditating only for 3 week, It helped me being more positive and less angry in my daily life.
In the last decade I meditate off and on, usually guided meditations. It is easier to follow some instructions when you don’t think that you are good of this practice.
I especially like the meditations of Joe Dispenza. He has some long meditations but I found some 20 minutes meditations of his and I did those.
For the last 2 months I meditate daily a kaleidoscope meditation of Joe Dispenza to manifest a job that I love. So far I left my old job in a best way for myself and I have some new good perspectives for my future. Now, I am very optimistic and I have self-confidence, something that I lacked all my life.
I do recommend meditation. Find one that you like and that it is right and easy for you and do it daily. It is not that hard to find 5 minutes a day to help yourself be a better person.
Have a great day or night and God bless!
